CLARKS ESSENTIALS
Clarks introduced the Essentials collection as a core range designed for everyday wear, blending comfort, quality, and timeless design. The campaign focused on showcasing the collection’s versatility through simple, polished imagery that reflects how people naturally style their footwear. Partnering with creators who embody modern, approachable style helped bring the range to life through relaxed and lived in moments. The content highlighted the functionality and ease of the collection while keeping the shoes at the center of each image. The result was a warm and cohesive execution that connected the Essentials story to real daily environments.
MY ROLE
I led creator sourcing, communication, and content management for the Essentials campaign. I identified talent whose personal style aligned with the clean and timeless aesthetic of the collection and guided them through the full creative process. I managed briefing, deliverables, and approvals, ensuring that each image kept the shoe as the central focus while still feeling natural and reflective of the Autumn and Winter season. I oversaw all asset development from initial planning to final delivery and ensured that the content met Clarks visual, styling, and usage guidelines while staying true to the talent’s authentic expression.
DELIVERABLES
I oversaw the production of still imagery across five assigned footwear styles. Each style required one full figure image and one close up product shot, resulting in a set of ten final images delivered for Clarks use. I managed the creation of an in feed Instagram post featuring one of the full figure shots and coordinated caption writing, reviews, and approvals. I also supported timeline management from product arrival through final edits and ensured that all images followed Clarks styling, lighting, and environment requirements while maintaining a cohesive look across the collection.
CREATIVE APPROACH
The creative direction centered on relaxed styling, natural environments, and everyday movement. Each shot was designed to feel clean, warm, and approachable, with an emphasis on authenticity and comfort. The full figure images showcased how each style fits into daily routines, while the close up shots provided clear and intentional product focus. The overall look followed a seasonal color palette and avoided distractions so the shoes could remain the hero of the content. This approach highlighted the timeless and functional qualities of the Essentials collection and presented the range in a cohesive and consumer friendly way.
TALENT
The Essentials campaign focused on partnering with Canadian creators who could authentically represent the everyday versatility and timeless style of the collection. This approach allowed the content to reflect real environments and local lifestyles while keeping the shoes as the central focus. Each creator was selected for their clean, approachable aesthetic and their ability to style the range in a way that felt natural, modern, and seasonally aligned. Their imagery highlighted how the Essentials collection fits seamlessly into daily routines across different settings and showcased the functional and lived in qualities at the heart of the product story.
